Zakiyo F. Jackson

"Our service makes us pretty."

Chapter President's Greetings!

Welcome to the Chi Mu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc..

Founded in 1908 on the campus of Howard University, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is the first historically African American sorority. For more than a century, our sorority has been dedicated to cultivating high scholastic and ethical standards, promoting sisterhood and unity, and providing service to all mankind.

The Chi Mu Omega Chapter, chartered on December 6, 2003, proudly upholds this legacy through intentional service, leadership development, and community-focused initiatives designed to uplift and empower. Our chapter is committed to meeting the needs of our community while honoring the principles and traditions that have guided Alpha Kappa Alpha for generations.

As President, it is my distinct honor to lead a chapter of dedicated women who serve with excellence, integrity, and purpose. We invite you to explore our website, learn more about our programs and partnerships, and connect with us as we continue to serve our community with pride and distinction.

With sincere regards,

 Zakiyo “Kiki” Jackson
